FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many guests can Artelier accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 150 guests. Please contact us for larger groups.

Is there a minimum number of guests required?

Saturday & Public Holiday	Min 80 pax
Friday & day before public holiday	Min 70 pax
Sunday – Thursday (Excluding public holidays & day before public holidays)	Min 50 pax
Morning events • 10:00 – 18:00 (Selected Monday – Thursday, excluding public holiday & day before public holiday)	Min 30 pax \| Max 50 pax

Does Artelier allow own catering and/or beverages?

No outside catering or alcohol is allowed.

What are the venue hours at Artelier?

The venue is only available from 08:00 to 24:00, with a strict 8-hour policy per event. The venue closes strictly at 24:00 and all music & entertainment must stop.

Is Artelier wheelchair friendly?

We strive to achieve full wheelchair access to guests and will attempt to accommodate guests wherever possible, however we are not 100% wheelchair friendly.

Does Artelier offer all-inclusive packages?

Although we don’t offer all-inclusive packages, we do have great suppliers that we can recommend to help make your planning a little bit easier.

Does Artelier offer wedding planning services?

Yes, we do. Included in the venue hire is a venue coordinator, however you can have all your wedding planning needs met with our in-house wedding planner, or simply have your day coordinated. This will be quoted on separately.
